"1. Begin with empathy" -- great advice, Deb! I was just sharing with someone about the importance of truly listening to someone so you can really understand them.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve realized that every day we’re navigating such scenarios and we will need to see beyond the harder side of H.U.M.A.N.s, and learn to grow with it and beyond it. The truth is, very little is actually within our control or influence.
I keep thinking/writing about different personality types and how we can work better together by setting the “I” aside, not letting ego or friction affect our mental well-being. And more than just writing about it, I’ve been learning to live it in real life practicing the patience, self-awareness, and resilience it actually takes. As little as we may talk about these challenges, they are very real. This was a good Friday read :)
