"Less stuff, more freedom" is my mantra for this year!

Absolutely love this. I’ve also made many small, intentional changes over the past five years and it’s very much a work in progress. I now sleep 8+ hours, practice 13+ hours of intermittent fasting, do yoga and strength training 2–4x/week, meditate 1–4x/week, walk regularly, and have generally simplified my life (including finally flossing most days!).

Like you, I don’t dwell on what I miss, I focus on what I can do within my constraints, and adapt to the inevitable surprises life throws our way.

Last year, I also tracked 30+ daily metrics in a spreadsheet for almost the entire year (except when I was travelling), and it was surprisingly powerful in revealing patterns and trends. I wish I could share a screenshot here, but it won’t let me.
