This is so true. People put other people in boxes and we all hold some sort of bias. This makes it difficult for others to move out of their existing box. The more we talk about it, the more conscious we are for it. Great read!

I think being upfront with your team is critical. Share you want to reinvent yourself and be specific in what ways. Ask for their support and feedback as you do it. By making them a part of the process, they will feel like they have a stake in the success of your evolution.
