Thanks for sharing Deb. Loved it. In the past year or two, I have paid out of pocket a few times on coaching sessions, however, I have not been able to find one that worked well with me. I am on still a hunt. On a sabbatical currently, however still would love to have one so this person can keep me on track now and once I get back in the zone. As you mentioned, the list of coaches you shared is for senior leadership. Would you have any recommendations for folks mid-career? Senior manager/director with large company background and aspiring to get into the startup world?
