Deb, I really appreciate this clear cut approach to exploring what matters most at work to folks. Quick question - in the last section you say "this is a two part" exercise, are you referring to both the white boarding and then the conversation afterward? Or what is the second part?

I think she was referring to the ranking of the areas from 1-6 as the first part, and then the allocation of the 100 points as the second part.
