Love this take — particularly about “raising the floor” and “lowering the ceiling.” I was just thinking about this in the other day in the terms of tools. Something like Canva really helps people who already have basic graphic design knowledge jump from okay work to really good work very, very quickly.
Wonderfully structured and well written. I'd also add the fact that people who help build or power the picks and shovels that enable AI may be in increased demand, beyond human ingenuity, creativity and judgement.
