Great post Deb. I am facing some of these in my first 90 days at my new role at VMware. And getting people to align is hard when there are different points of view from different people handling different aspects of the problem.
Really resonated with this post. Our creation of The Narrative Playbook boiled down to a simple equation > alignment + fit = harmony. And much of what you said about alignment and narrative is so true. Kudos on tackling this quest.
