Wow omg i cannot believe this I was literally figuring out this week like how to take NO for an answer , and why does hearing a No hurt so much and and this just came right in time all those points wow just different approaches thank you so so much for this Deb and Ami :)

Good read. This is true, I should also be careful. "I realized that by automatically taking on so many things myself (and accidentally criticizing the way others did it) I was not only tiring myself out but also blocking others’ chance at leading."

I love this article. Saying NO is one of the most powerful ways to create calm, but also to create impact. If we do not know how to say now, we find ourselves being extremely busy doing mediocre things and not delivering fast enough.

Say NO, but say it respectfully and believe me, when you are explicit on your no, it's better than failing on a commitment.
