I loved this point - “ Instead of having a fixed goal where you are either on track or off track, focus on doing more of something or less of something.”

This is a great way to encourage ourselves to continue working on our goals and not give up if we are not able to achieve it entirely the first time we attempt it.

The relationship you have with your elliptical is such a vivid and impressive example of successfully building habit. I thought of it today before getting on the treadmill for my set of resolutions. Thank you!
