I use a digital folder to organize and queue other work for appropriate reflection/action ... Scheduling emails and also using "Snooze" until a specified day/time are also effective for me and people I coach.
One thing that befuddles me is that there are paid services online for filtering your phone calls and emails, but not for physical junk mail....I wonder if there is a service that you can pay USPS to just DO NOT SEND junk mail, I think that might be a popular service among people who value their time.
