I practice “Write what you repeat” regularly for the exact same reason. Nice tips under curate and cultivate. I will try them out.

Great list. Re: "Focus on impact and not what is urgent", reminds of this quote- "The last thing you want to do is the first thing you ought to do". Don't put off those important items as they collect and weigh on your mind (like technical/emotional debt!). Take the time to address them, even if a little bit. Action is progress.

I should definitely do the call thing more. Maybe I'll even combine it with a treadmill walk at the same time. I tried the whole workout at night after work thing but I noticed that whenever I do that, I have a hard time falling asleep. Good tips!
