Nice article - I feel with the pandemic and WFH cycle, there's another layer of cognitive load - monotony. It's something I'm trying to work on combatting - like radically new hobbies.
I also had that issue with the calendar! I ended up figuring out pressing the year will open up a year menu but it's not intuitive at all...
Sometimes these invisible tractions are unavoidable and it feels like you have to do it all.
Its absolutely exhausting mentally in the act of balancing work, family, and personal wellbeing.
A note,not sure anyone else has noticed, directly posting comments in ur post in textbox requires clicking of cursor with every letter.I typed in a notepad and pasted it here :)
