Heart warming and Inspiring Deb! Follow up question, you mentioned you met Fidji at FB, was it by chance or did you seek out like minded allies? What is the best way to do so for others?
We met before at eBay, but only briefly. When we connected again at Facebook, she was someone special that I wanted to get to know. She has that sort of magic that is obvious when you first meet her.
We stayed in touch over the years, our paths crossing over and over as we worked on various things. There were only three women Product Group Leads in the senior leadership of the company (all pictured) for quite awhile, so all three of us supported one another.
