Thanks Deb, for all your help over our many years together, and especially this past year! I'm taking your advice and sending you an email with those 5 bullet points. =)
I believe, that with all conviction, that the Universe is a wonderful thing where you get back more than you give to it. So it is with gratitude. I believe that thanking People, Places, Animals that made a positive impact in my life gives more of the "nice" things back. And it pays to do this Gratitude exercise from time to time.
Deb, this is certainly something that I do as part of my end of the year reflection exercise. Also, wanted to take this time say a big "Thank You" for being the inspiration and sharing these valuable and applicable frameworks. I always look forward to your note as they are super realistic and applicable. Thank you and looking forward to this year.

Thanks for the reminder Deb!
Deb, Every article your write is a nugget. Can you sometime write on your entire journey of writing articles(identify a topic, write, edit and post).
I did a post sharing a bit about what it is like behind the scenes in December. You can read a bit about it here: https://debliu.substack.com/p/behind-the-scenes-of-starting-perspectives
Thank you for sharing this Deb!
I have also tried to become more appreciative of everyone else around me for what they do.
Especially at the workplace, we tend to hold back praise for others.
I wrote this piece on how we can start spreading the gift of appreciation at the workplace: https://raisethebar.substack.com/p/stop-blaming-others-and-start-spreading
Thanks for sharing! I love the insights.
Thanks a lot Deb!
I am absolutely thrilled and honored that you read the post. :D :D
Thanks a lot once again!
Great article Vikram. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks a lot Sumathi!
I am really glad that you liked it. :)
